Yesterday I got my new Canon HF100 video camera. Because I found absolutely no photo samples before buying, I have posted a few here. Additionally, you will find rapidshare links with unedited high quality material straight off the card.

First impression: The cam is stunning!

After playing around with the cam I was really impressed of the HD material produced by the camera. The quality is absolutely great for a camcorder in this price class.

Material produced in low light situations using the cinema mode apears darker, but lacks the ugly noise that is known from cheap camcorders. In comparison to my old panasonic the footage looks way better.

I've uploaded 2 sample clips, you can use to see if your player, cutting application or whatever supports the material, before buying the cam.
